About this role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support on our products, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets, and simplify complex issues into actionable steps.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support on our products
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets
  • Streamline technical issues of varying complexity into clear, actionable steps
  • Collaborate with various teams or projects that enhance the customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of our Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or native)
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamentals
