
Digital Marketing Strategist

This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading the marketing funnel strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and managing content that effectively nurtures and educates leads, while also overseeing paid ad campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing funnels that drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Design and implement content strategies across email, social media, blogs, and video platforms to educate and engage target audiences.
- Create compelling lead magnets, including quizzes, mini-courses, and email sequences, to capture and nurture leads.
- Analyze and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta/Facebook and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch effective launches and evergreen funnels that scale and automate processes.
- Foster partnerships with influencers and experts to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries.
- Proven understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strategic thinking combined with agile execution capabilities.
- Experience running or managing Facebook/Meta ads with strong results.
- Strong messaging instincts and solid writing skills.
- Ability to take initiative and own projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup but values collaboration and team dynamics.
- Passion for women's health and purpose-driven work.
- Experience working with health/education-based products.
- Familiarity with tools like Kajabi, Meta Ads Manager, Zapier, Typeform, Jotform, or Voiceflow.
- Startup or solopreneur collaboration experience.
- Basic creative/design skills, including proficiency in Canva.
