Digital Campaigns Specialist and Managers
to join our growing team at
2X Philippines
. This hybrid role blends strategic campaign planning with hands-on digital advertising execution—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B marketing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    – Lead end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns including email, digital ads, ABM, and nurture programs.
  • Digital Advertising Management
    – Set up, optimize, and analyze paid search and display campaigns across platforms.
  • Performance Forecasting
    – Create campaign forecasts and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
  • Optimization & Experimentation
    – Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and channel performance analysis.
  • Client Collaboration
    – Align campaign initiatives with client goals, communicate direction clearly, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Reporting & Insights
    – Deliver weekly updates and monthly impact reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising or campaign management, ideally in B2B marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic actions.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and BI platforms (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM/MAP platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo) and omni-channel marketing strategies.
