Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our sales team.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful connections, and coordinating appointments to support sales growth.

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, leveraging technology and strategic outreach to maximize results. You will thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  2. Build and maintain a database of prospects, including key decision-makers.
  3. Analyze business directories, trade shows, and online resources to identify leads.
  4. Conduct light introductions and schedule meetings for account executives.
  5. Gather insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
  6. Partner with the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts.
  7. Provide regular updates and metrics on outreach and appointment-setting performance.
  8. Suggest and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment processes.
  9. Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role.
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in using data scraping tools and conducting online research.
  5. A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  6. Self-starter and results-driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time opportunity aligned with U.S. hours. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt as needed to meet business demands.
