Procurement Specialist (Source to Pay)

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a key role in driving the success of our organization.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from start to finish. This includes sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement operations, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support
  • Process improvement and documentation
  • Helpdesk and user support
  • Stakeholder management and escalation handling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of source-to-pay end-to-end processes
  • Ability to work independently with focus on results
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills, able to explain business concepts and processes clearly to all stakeholder levels
  • Experienced in digital and data-driven environments, with an interest in utilizing advanced tools for process improvement
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP Ariba
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus
