We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Business Partner to join our team. As a Strategic Sourcing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking high-value opportunities across all major procurement categories.

Job Description:
  • You will conduct market research and vendor intelligence to identify alternative supplier options and evaluate sourcing opportunities that improve cost and service.
  • You will take ownership of sourcing activities as needed, including identifying new suppliers, requesting quotations, and leading negotiations.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and enable proactive procurement planning to support warehouse and operational needs.
  • You will oversee re-order volumes raised by warehouse material requirement planners to ensure alignment with procurement SLAs.
  • You will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle for assigned categories, ensuring smooth and cost-effective procurement execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, sourcing, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
