Job Title: Sourcing and Supply Chain Expert

The Sourcing and Supply Chain Expert will drive the implementation and execution of supply chain's strategic objectives, aligning with the enterprise's strategic goals. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams and developing business-wide strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop category management and strategic sourcing strategies that influence business decisions and reduce risk.
  • Category Strategy Business Integration and Execution: Ensure sound planning, optimization of inter-category synergies, and alignment of supply chain strategy with enterprise priorities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maximize value to the organization.
  • People Leadership: Build and develop high-performing teams in accordance with development and retention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, covering materials planning, category management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience at a managerial level.
