Procurement Operations Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Operations Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement operations services.

  • Provide expert support to procurement teams by managing purchase orders, contracts, and user queries
  • Contribute to the improvement of our procurement processes and documentation
  • Offer exceptional helpdesk and user support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a procurement operations function, preferably in the asset management, banking, or financial services industry
  • A strong understanding of the source-to-pay business process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
