Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Efficiency
  • Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indices.
  • Prevent contract terminations by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service levels.
  • Act promptly on changing customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Conduct thorough surveys to capture essential details.
  • Adhere to prescribed pricing structures and approved discounts.
  • Comply with all processes and procedures, maintaining quality standards.
Administration and Policy Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for contract renewal and up-selling businesses.
  • Drive compliance with health, safety, and environment (SHE) policies, achieving LTAR targets.
  • Attend regular meetings to address issues, performance reviews, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required by management.
Customer Development
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries following SOPs and the 2/24 promise.
  • Maintain good business relationships through regular face-to-face customer visits.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities to generate new business and improve collection.
  • Participate in required trainings, meetings, conferences, and official company functions.
Collection / Credit Management
  • Assist with debt collection and credit-related issues.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring good credit status and liaising with credit controllers.
