Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our proactive marketing strategies. This individual will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and buying behavior for the territory.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and automate workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads and maintain prospect relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on lead progress and performance versus targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all campaigns and workflows.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Results-driven lead generation experience and ability to liaise with high-ranking individuals in companies.
  • Account-based marketing experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • CMS software experience (Pipedrive) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Client-centric mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Business English.
