Job Overview

The Area Manager oversees the daily operations of assigned stores, leading the development and implementation of area-specific strategies for growth, profitability, and quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes business plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth at the area level.
  • Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, providing guidance to managers on cost-control measures.
  • Collaborates with leaders to manage inventory, workforce, and financial targets, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Creates direct reports' development plans, focusing on competency assessment and individual performance.
  • Facilitates monthly business performance reviews to drive operational excellence and maximize sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in store operations management within the quick service industry.
  • Proven track record in handling franchise operations and managing multiple locations.
  • Ability to travel and conduct fieldwork in remote areas, including provinces in North Luzon such as Bulacan, Pampanga, Baguio, and La Union.
