Business Development Sales Professional

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Sales Professional to join our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing strategies to meet assigned sales targets for Public Offering courses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate new accounts/clients and promote stand-alone courses and multi-course programs
    • Researching potential clients through networking, social media, and other channels/platforms
    • Benchmarking with international partners on sales campaign plans for programs and courses
    • Following up with clients for updates or inquiries about programs and courses
  • Client Management and Program Management Support:
    • Building and maintaining client relationships through effective representation and partnership
    • Reaching out to new and existing clients to promote programs and courses
    • Conducting feedback sessions with clients regarding their experience with programs and courses
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Administrative Support:
    • Preparing promotional letters, proposals, and sales reports
    • Processing sales invoices and monitoring payments from clients
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be comfortable with technology and able to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
