Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving channel sales and business development, with a focus on promoting sales growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive sales growth and expand market presence;
  2. Lead the management of channel sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them;
  4. Design and implement sales enablement programs to enhance channel partner capabilities and drive revenue growth;
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize channel sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in channel sales and business development, preferably in the ICT industry;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire channel partners;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and develop effective solutions;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
