Senior Private Equity Fund Accountant Opportunity

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to manage financial services for private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process transactions, generating comprehensive financial reports for review.
  • Provide prompt and accurate support to clients and investors through responsive communication.
  • Review fee calculations, including management fees, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, and waterfall structures.
  • Handle investor inquiries and report requests with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of quarterly and annual financial reports according to accounting standards.
  • Support year-end audits and assist in onboarding new funds.
  • Contribute to technology solutions enhancing reporting efficiency and reducing manual processes.
  • Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Internationally recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
  • At least 6 years of accounting experience, particularly in private equity.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
