We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial and risk management operations of the company, which distributes diagnostic and medical devices in the Philippines. The CFO will provide strong leadership in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business strategy to support sustainable growth and profitability.

The CFO will directly oversee the following departments: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Administration, Purchasing, and Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making of the company.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls, risk management policies, and financial systems.
  • Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and investment planning.
  • Supervise and align the functions of Finance & Accounting, HR & Admin, Purchasing, and IT departments with the company's goals.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support business expansion, product distribution strategies, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior management and department heads to align financial planning with operational objectives.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular financial updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and corporate governance.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage Finance, HR & Admin, Purchasing, and IT functions.

Work setup:

  • On-site, Monday to Saturday;
  • 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: Php 180,000 – Php 200,000 per month.
  • Performance-based incentives
  • 15 days VL and 15 days SL
  • Other benefits (HMO, Life Insurance, rice subsidy)
