You'll adhere to internal procedures and meet performance metrics focusing on processing time and accuracy.

About The Role
  • Verify customer and business identities (KYC and KYB).
  • Monitor transactions.
  • Collaborate with partner banks.
  • Report Suspicious Activities (SARs) to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Requirements
  • Quick to learn and eager to acquire new insights and skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of global AML/CTF practices.
  • Proficiency in KYC processes is necessary.
  • Experience with transaction monitoring and EDD processes beneficial.
  • Ability to work both weekend and night shifts.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in KYB processes helpful.
  • Experience in FinTech or startup environments highly beneficial.
