**Job Title: Senior AU Bookkeeper – Office-Based**



**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with a strong background in Australian accounting standards to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience and be proficient in MYOB and Xero accounting software.



**Key Responsibilities:**



• Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.



• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.



• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts in MYOB and Xero.



• Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents in line with ATO standards.



• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reports.



• Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting.



**Requirements:**



• Minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.



• Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting software.



• Solid understanding of ATO regulations, superannuation, and payroll requirements.



• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.



• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



• Certificate or diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.



• Prior experience preparing BAS and working closely with Australian regulatory bodies.
