We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in Angeles City. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Australian taxation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, including supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations using MYOB, Xero, or QBO.
  • Process payroll, including superannuation, leave accruals, and PAYG reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and lodging BAS (Business Activity Statement) and IAS (Income Activity Statement) in compliance with ATO regulations.
  • Generate and maintain accurate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in MYOB, Xero, or QBO.
  • Evaluate and implement effective accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with external accountants for tax preparation and audits as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with specific experience in handling Australian accounts.
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Solid understanding of Australian taxation, including BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and Superannuation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Experience in managing payroll and superannuation compliance.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping-related software.

About the Role:

This is a Full-time role with a guaranteed morning shift. The salary range is Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month. Additional benefits include additional leave, company Christmas gift, company events, health insurance, and paid training.
