We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in a role that requires expertise in various accounting software and a deep understanding of Australian tax regulations.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, offering a salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for Australian businesses, managing daily financial transactions, preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements, reconciling bank accounts, processing payroll, and producing regular financial reports.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in Australia;
  • Strong knowledge of MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software;
  • Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent qualifications;
  • Familiarity with Australian taxation, including GST, BAS preparation, superannuation, and PAYG.
