Australian Financial Specialist

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Australian Outsource Desk Inc. as a skilled AU Accountant, responsible for managing financial records, executing payroll processing, and preparing BAS. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA or CA certification and experience in Australian payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Execute payroll processing for large accounts using Australian payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and submit timely BAS (Business Activity Statement).
- Conduct reconciliations of payroll and financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities as required.
- Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries and provide assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian payroll laws, taxation, and accounting standards to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/ Accountant specializing in Australian payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and external entities.
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month. We offer a competitive salary package and a chance to grow with our company.
