Australian Bookkeeping Expert - Office-Based Role

We are seeking an experienced Australian bookkeeper to join our team at the Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in Angeles City. This is a full-time, office-based position that requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

About the Job

This role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian financial regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts using MYOB and Xero, processing payroll, and supporting ATO and superannuation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts in MYOB and Xero.
  • Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents in line with ATO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reports.
  • Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of ATO regulations, superannuation, and payroll requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
