Job Title: Real Estate Video Editor
">- Edit video presentations using Final Cut Pro, combining footage and music to showcase properties.
- Structure video narratives that match modern real estate buyer expectations and brand guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines.
- Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
- Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
- Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram.
Key Requirements:

- Familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
- Strong design and composition sense.
- Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround.
- Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback.
