Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations and experienced in Appfolio.

Base pay range

$7,200.00/yr - $7,800.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software (Appfolio)
Requirements
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements
  • Proficiency in property management software Appfolio
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently
