Real Estate Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Support Specialist. This role is focused on providing administrative support for agents, marketing coordination, and day-to-day real estate office operations.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Agent Support: Assist with agent onboarding, maintain checklists for new hires, provide day-to-day concierge support, and respond promptly to requests.
  • Marketing & Design: Create and update marketing materials using Canva, update agent profiles and headshots on websites, coordinate monthly marketing pieces, and assist with digital/social media campaigns.
  • Real Estate Operations: Access MLS to pull photos and property data, conduct research for the Commercial Team, monitor listings and leads, and follow/update organizational checklists.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, task tracking, workflow management, communicate proactively with leadership, and support email communication.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant in real estate.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and MLS access.
  • Strong skills in Canva, graphic design, and digital/social media experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, digital marketing tools, and AI-assisted platforms.
