About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, and HR administration. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive business growth and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Oversight of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Employee relations: manage disciplinary actions, address grievances, and promote open communication channels
  • Performance management: implement appraisal systems and development plans to enhance employee productivity and career growth
  • Compensation and benefits: manage programs in accordance with local labor standards, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Legal compliance: stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies comply with local requirements
  • HR administration: oversee tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and human resource management principles
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
