Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Megalive Corporation. This is a key role that will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, oversee talent acquisition and management, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, taking into account local market trends and cultural nuances.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting open communication channels.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and development plans to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Philippine labor standards, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with local legal requirements.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
