Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and qualify sourced properties by verifying availability, profitability, and salability.
  • Create financial simulations to determine the profitability of sourced properties.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to confirm the salability of sourced properties.
  • Recommend properties for further evaluation and due diligence.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including financial institutions, developers, and networks, to source properties.
  • Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or sales coordination.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
