Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, analyzing business processes, and implementing cost reduction strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, performance measurement projects, and shared services/business process outsourcing industry with multinational companies.

  • Lead process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, cost accounting, and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, data merges, filters, etc.)
  • Strong U.S. GAAP accounting and analytical skills
