Job Role

Dispute Management Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Management Process Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of dispute management and be able to participate in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team.

The Dispute Management Process Expert will deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. They will ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Participate in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team.
    • Deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes.
    • Ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deepening knowledge of Dispute Management.
  • Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance/escalate.
