Job Title: Automation Expert - Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating process automation projects using the Scrum framework.

Job Description:

The Automation Expert will act as a facilitative leader to the Scrum team, ensuring that the team is following the Scrum framework and that any impediments to the team's progress are resolved.

  • Facilitate Scrum events such as the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Ensure the Scrum team is following the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized and that the team is focused on delivering the highest value items.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience working with process automation tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) software, business process management (BPM) software, and other automation tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
