Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • PROACTIVE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  • ISSUE RESOLUTION AND ESCALATION: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, working efficiently to resolve problems and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ASSESSMENT: Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
  • CUSTOMER ADVOCACY: Advocate for customer needs, providing feedback to internal teams on how to enhance our products and services, improve customer experiences, and drive long-term loyalty.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing any risks to customer satisfaction and working collaboratively to mitigate potential issues.

    Requirements:

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar.
    • SKILLS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
    • Tech Requirements: Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • INDUSTRY EXPERTISE: Understanding of customer success principles and methodologies, with [optional] experience in a specific industry or domain being a plus.
