Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Assistant

The role of a Customer Relationship Manager Assistant is vital in supporting the Customer Relationship Managers in their daily tasks. The primary responsibilities include administrative areas such as account management, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management and Administration:
    • Ensure receipt and proper disposition of interest and principal payments by administration units to avoid technical/actual past due;
    • Assist Customer Relationship Managers in coordinating regular transaction details such as maturities, repricings, PN renewals, paydowns, and others with clients and various administration units;
    • Coordinate client requests for and timely submission of documentary and compliance requirements such as registration papers and AFS;
    • Manage requests and submission of various internal reportorial requirements of the credit initiation and administrative processes such as CIR's, SOA's, Appraisal Reports, and Amortization Schedules;
    • Prepare instruction sheets for Loans, LC openings, Import Bills, Trust Receipts subject to checking/approval by the CRM for dissemination to concerned units;
    • Coordinate with operating units on the client's compliance with and submission of documentary requirements to avoid transaction processing delays.
    • Reporting:
      • Assist Customer Relationship Managers and Team Heads in gathering data/documents from borrowers and other support units necessary for the establishment/renewal of credit facilities;
      • Assist Customer Relationship Managers/Team Heads in updating outstanding balances for budget preparation and account monitoring;
      • Prepare various reports needed by the Group.
      • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • Knowledge of basic credit systems
  • Critical/Analytical skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to network, build strong relationships
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interface effectively and independently with strong personalities (internal and external)
  • High level MS skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-confident and motivated, dynamic and highly energized
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Prioritization and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail/high degree of numeric skills
