As a highly skilled Salesforce Administration professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective reporting and analytics. In this challenging position, you will partner closely with sales, account management, and executive leadership to translate business needs into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, as well as hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot. A working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools is also highly desirable. You will be responsible for building and maintaining critical reporting dashboards, delivering accurate and timely reports, and identifying and troubleshooting issues in sales data and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Report Delivery: Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders.
  • Data Management: Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a proven ability to build and optimize sales dashboards.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
