Job Title:

A Customer Success Professional with 3-5 years of experience in account management is required to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retaining and growing high potential accounts. The professional will be responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for their assigned partners, onboarding new partners, and proactively researching client needs to stay up-to-date on any changes or updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to assigned partners
  • Onboarding new partners, transitioning from a newly launched status
  • Proactively researching clients' companies to stay updated on rebranding, organization changes, print needs, and seasonality
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts
  • Effectively handling escalations and difficult conversations independently
  • Documenting sales opportunities with partners in Salesforce to leverage conversations in future calls

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow the business.
