Expert Salesforce Implementation Specialist

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will work closely with organizations to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive client-specific implementation and ongoing system improvements on the Salesforce platform.
The role involves conducting thorough analysis and gathering information to identify areas for improvement and proposing strategies and solutions to address those areas. You will also work closely with company employees and stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and be able to recommend software systems or workflow redesign to support clients' business goals. Additionally, they will be skilled in configuring Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements and contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
A key component of this role is stakeholder management, which involves understanding business needs, partnering with various team members to implement projects, and providing training and support.
