Financial Analyst Position Overview

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join a leading organization in the power solutions sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is required, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and perform general ledger activities including fixed assets, intangibles, leases, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, prepaids, GRIR, stock rotation, accruals, and tax-related entries.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A, and other teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Support process improvements, system upgrades, policy development, and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
  • Skilled in using Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms such as JPMorgan Access.
