We are seeking a highly skilled Reports Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong Salesforce experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Optimize Reporting: Analyze data, create reports, and optimize dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with Leadership Teams: Gather reporting requirements, deliver actionable insights, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Data Integrity and Validation: Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve reporting-related problems and provide assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Automation and Workflow: Collaborate with teams to enhance automation, routing, and workflow accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Salesforce Experience: Proven track record of creating reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, validation rules, and automation.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certification: Certified Administrator or Developer certification.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Experience with other CRM tools and integrations.
