Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - Strategic Recruitment Specialist

Talent Acquisition Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle at our organization. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our strategic recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation to support business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other talent acquisition-related technologies to improve candidate experience and streamline recruitment operations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems by regularly auditing and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA, including job boards and background check providers, to ensure seamless integration and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the logistics and coordination of recruitment events and activities to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.

Talent Optimization Strategies:

  • Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools to standardize evaluation processes and ensure consistency across all recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize resource allocation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies (including AI), talent intelligence, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote our employer value proposition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform recruitment strategy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
