Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Assistant role

This part-time position involves assisting in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle phone calls and emails, and possess basic computer knowledge.

A Senior High School graduate with experience in recruitment is preferred but not required. The ability to work independently from home and use own equipment is a must.

The compensation for this role is commission-based and tax-free per successful hire. There are no quotas or limits, as long as the candidate can endorse applicants.

Working days: Monday to Friday

An HR Staff member plays a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, payroll, and employee relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws and implement company policies to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
