Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy, incorporating creative marketing techniques and advanced sourcing channels.
- Manage a budget to optimize applicant flow and meet client requirements.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and maximize return on investment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, including job boards, internet media, and staffing agencies.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Project manage collateral creation, establishing deadlines and holding vendors accountable.
- Supervise, coach, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian talent market and sourcing channels.
- Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
- Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
- Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
