Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. As an expert in talent acquisition, you will partner with the internal recruiting team to proactively source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the internal recruiting team to identify and recruit top talent for various clients.
  • Develop creative strategies to generate candidate interest, including email campaigns, LinkedIn connections, and job postings.
  • Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level, and timing through phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
  • Maintain and update databases with new and modified candidate records.
Candidate Management:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications with a focus on market requirements.
  • Collect and maintain contact information and lists of talent from online databases/job boards, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Efficiently manage a strong candidate flow for the team, emphasizing the importance of talent acquisition.
