Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team on a temporary, remote basis. This position is contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs, providing an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Apply advanced customer service techniques and leverage our account management systems to enhance the customer experience.
  • Improve communication and problem-solving skills through regular training and feedback.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
