Disaster Relief Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled call center representatives to work in disaster relief efforts as needed. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted via email and text message on an as-needed basis. The hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts available from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn common customer requests and solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
- Utilize our service techniques and systems to provide top-notch support.
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate channels.
In addition to becoming an expert in the field, you must possess excellent communication skills, be fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated. You are also responsible for bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
