Business Operations Specialist

This entry-level position plays a crucial role in supporting multiple business units and projects. The ideal candidate will deliver IT solutions that align with company goals, working under supervision to gather requirements, analyze, and test business applications.

About the Role
  • The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements and processes.
  • They will develop system specifications and process flows, create user documentation, and follow established protocols and standards.
  • This individual will also manage stakeholder expectations, escalate issues, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to maintain automated test scripts.
  • Understanding of As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Basic knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and languages.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories or specifications.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Moderate facilitation skills (a plus).
  • Basic communication skills.
