Job Title: Enterprise Client Success Partner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Professional to join our team as an Enterprise Client Success Partner. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our enterprise-level clients.

This role involves managing daily communications with clients, responding quickly to their requests, questions, and needs. You will work closely with our Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure that our full enterprise portfolio receives consistent, high-quality attention that strengthens relationships and drives retention.

  • Client Support: Manage daily communications with clients, responding quickly to their requests, questions, and needs.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in client-facing meetings with our Client Success Manager.
  • Account Health & Performance: Review and keep a close eye on account data and performance. Regularly review account performance metrics to ensure smooth management of the day-to-day client order experience.
  • Client Advocacy: Work closely with our Client Support and Operations teams to drive corrective actions for our enterprise clients.
  • Crm Utilization: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions and track updates.
  • Client Centricity: Focus on capturing client feedback and communicating requests to all relevant cross-departmental stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client experience while also providing strong support and partnership to our internal team.

Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity utilizing project management platforms is a plus.
