Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage user accounts, security settings, and group policy changes
  • Administer networking equipment, including routers and switches
  • Troubleshoot email, Office365, and SharePoint issues
  • Perform daily proactive maintenance tasks using ConnectWise Command
  • Resolve third-party application issues and liaison with software vendors
  • Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure
  • Monitor and maintain daily backups via Datto
Requirements
  • Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and written
  • Ability to work across teams and build effective relationships with clients and staff
  • Proven experience with LAN and WAN networks, RMM tools, and outsourcing service delivery environments
