- Role Description:
- Lead international client video interactions to drive success and leadership among VAs.
- Develop a high-performing team of VAs through coaching and mentoring.
- Bridge the gap between clients and VAs for effective communication.
- Nurture lasting relationships with clients while preventing churn.
- Craft opportunities for VA growth and development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership Excellence:
- Engage in dynamic video calls with international clients to build trust.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to establish deep relationships.
- Effectively communicate client feedback to the VA team.
- Prevent client churn by being the first point of contact for potential issues.
- Identify expansion opportunities when clients require additional VAs or services.
- Onboard new clients and set clear expectations for successful VA partnerships.
- Virtual Assistant Team Leadership:
- Coach and develop a team of 5-8 VAs working on client accounts.
- Bridge communication gaps between clients and VAs during misunderstandings.
- Address VA performance issues through coaching, training, or recommending replacements.
- Coordinate task assignments to ensure VAs meet client expectations.
- Provide professional development to help VAs grow and better serve clients.
- Manage VA scheduling, performance tracking, and career development.
- Bridge & Problem-Solving Excellence:
- Resolve conflicts when clients and VAs experience communication breakdowns.
- Facilitate replacements when client-VA matches are not effective.
- Course-correct relationships when VAs feel micromanaged or clients feel underserved.
- Translate business needs from clients into actionable guidance for VAs.
- Present solutions that benefit both clients and VAs.
