About Customer Success Role
Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in strengthening RChilli's client engagement and support initiatives. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy graduate with an MBA in Marketing who wants to build a career in customer success.

This job involves conducting product demos, managing customer communication, supporting onboarding, and working with HubSpot CRM to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of RChilli's solutions.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and presentation skills, able to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) is also required.

The successful candidate will have analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition. They will be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow in the SaaS/HR Tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between RChilli and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
