Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to join our Human Resources team.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering expert guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
Strategic Partnership
  1. Establish partnerships with business leaders to drive business objectives.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Organizational Development
  • Lead change management efforts, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews.
  • Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and support long-term growth.
Performance Management
  • Support managers in establishing effective performance management practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve team and individual performance.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend fair and consistent resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.
HR Policy and Compliance
  • Interpret and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company regulations.
  • Provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR matters.
BPO Industry Expertise

We are looking for an HR professional with experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
