We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and enhance our Dynamics platform, driving strategic growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a high-performing team, ensuring technical expertise and client satisfaction.
  2. Define the architectural vision, designing scalable, reliable, and secure Dynamics solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, staying ahead of market trends and client demands.
  4. Promote our Dynamics capabilities, engaging with clients and partners to build confidence and drive business.
  5. Represent us at industry conferences and events, strengthening our reputation within the Dynamics community.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture.
  • A proven track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly.
Working Conditions

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel for events and executive functions.
